Pool Liability Insurance
The Pool Liability Insurance endorsement is available at the price of €62.50 and can only be activated at the same time as the property’s Liability Insurance policy. In the Liability Insurance request form, both options must therefore be selected.

The Pool Liability Insurance policy indemnifies the insured for damage caused to third parties or third-party property and for liability towards workers in the management and ownership of the swimming pool for the exclusive use of and pertaining to the operation of the non-hotel accommodation activity of Bed & Breakfast and Affittacamere, Country Houses, furnished apartments rented to third parties already referred to in the Liability Insurance policy.
Please remember that the swimming pool is covered for the risk of “Public Liability” as operator of the accommodation activity.
Required conditions
The swimming pool must meet all of the following conditions:
- Be included within the cadastral boundaries of the property of the housing unit covered by the licence/title authorising the accommodation activity.
- Be for the EXCLUSIVE use of the accommodation facility in the property already insured under the Liability Insurance policy number referred to in the annex/certificate of insurance.
- Be owned or managed by the operator — under ownership, usufruct, lease or loan-for-use agreement — of the owner of the same accommodation business already insured under the Liability Insurance policy number referred to in the annex/certificate of insurance.
How to obtain the Pool endorsement
This policy can only be activated at the same time as the Liability Insurance policy for the accommodation facility, so go to the request form and select both options. If you have already done so, simply pay the amount shown in the button below.
if you paid by bank transfer, notify us by email at info@aibba.it; if you paid through PayPal, wait for our reply email requesting the cadastral data needed to activate the policy. The entire process never takes more than two–three days.

Use this bank transfer for the €62.50 Pool Liability Insurance endorsement. The ordinary Liability Insurance policy must be requested at the same time as described on this page.
Amount: transfer exactly the amount shown for the selected option or the amount agreed with AIBBA.
After the transfer: email info@aibba.it with first and last name, service/product paid for, amount and transfer date. This allows AIBBA to match the payment quickly.
