Liability Insurance linked to AIBBA memberships for B&B, Affittacamere, Tourist Apartments, CAV and Tourist Rentals. For properties with a pool, the following endorsement is also available: Pool Liability Insurance from €62.50, to be requested at the same time as the ordinary Liability Insurance policy.
The Liability Insurance policy is not purchased as a standalone product by non-members. Under the BASE plan, coverage is included according to the category. With COMPLETE or PREMIUM, additional Liability Insurance coverage can be added under the reserved terms.
For properties that simultaneously require the ordinary AIBBA/AgICAV Liability Insurance policy and coverage for a swimming pool intended for exclusive use.
The financial terms differ between B&B/Affittacamere and Apartments/CAV/Tourist Rentals. Each individual policy covers a maximum of one housing unit or accommodation facility.
COMPLETE is the most suitable route when you need help opening the activity, a Tutor, written/personalised answers, a simplified Business Plan and access to reserved services. Liability Insurance can be added to COMPLETE/PREMIUM at the rates shown above.

Once payment and complete information have been received, the procedure normally takes 2–4 working days.
The required membership/coverage payment is completed.

You can use a bank transfer for memberships, renewals, Liability Insurance additions, plan upgrades and other AIBBA services when the amount is already defined or agreed.
Amount: transfer exactly the amount shown for the selected option or the amount agreed with AIBBA.
After the transfer: email info@aibba.it with first and last name, service/product paid for, amount and transfer date. This allows AIBBA to match the payment quickly.
The endorsement must be requested at the same time as the property’s ordinary Liability Insurance policy, selecting both options in the form, and is available for pools that meet cadastral, exclusive-use and ownership/management requirements.
